From the employee:

• Valid passport (minimum 18 months remaining validity) — certified copies of all pages
• Academic certificates and transcripts (degree-level or above, certified)
• Professional certifications relevant to the role (if applicable)
• Curriculum vitae / résumé
• Passport-sized photograph (recent, white background)
• Previous Malaysian visa documentation (if any prior stays)

From MalayHire (prepared on your behalf):

• Signed employment contract between MalayHire and the employee
• Role justification letter explaining why a foreign national is being hired
• Completed Immigration Department application forms
