MalayHire issues invoices in both Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and US Dollars (USD), depending on your preference and the terms agreed in your service agreement.

• MYR invoices —
  Recommended for clients with Malaysian bank accounts or those who prefer to avoid exchange rate exposure
• USD invoices —
  Available for international clients; the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoice generation
• EUR invoices —
  Available for European clients; the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoice generation
• GBP invoices —
  Available for UK clients; the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoice generation

The preferred invoice currency is set in your service agreement and can be changed with reasonable notice. All employee salaries and statutory contributions are paid in MYR regardless of your invoice currency.
