How do employees upload documents?

When an employee is added to MalayHire, they receive an email invitation to the MalayHire employee portal. Within the portal, the employee is guided through the document upload process:
- Upload a clear photo or scan of their IC (both sides) or passport (all pages)
- Enter their EPF member number (if previously registered)
- Provide their LHDN income tax number (if previously registered)
- Enter their Malaysian bank account details for salary disbursement
- Upload their educational certificates where applicable
Documents are uploaded securely through the portal and are reviewed by MalayHire's onboarding team. Accepted file formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG. If a document is unclear or incomplete, the employee will be notified through the portal to resubmit.
As the client, you can view the onboarding completion status for each employee from your employer dashboard.
