How do I issue an employment contract?

You do not need to draft or send the employment contract yourself — MalayHire handles this. Once you submit an employee's details through the dashboard, MalayHire will:
- Draft a compliant Malaysian employment contract based on the details you submitted (role, salary, start date, leave entitlements)
- Send the contract to the employee via the MalayHire portal for e-signing — no printing or physical signing required
- Notify you when the contract has been signed by the employee
- Store the signed contract on the platform, accessible to both you and the employee at any time
If you want to review the contract before it is sent to the employee, you can request a preview from your account manager.
