Do you assist with onboarding foreign employees after arrival?

Yes. Once a foreign employee arrives in Malaysia with an approved Employment Pass, MalayHire supports the following post-arrival steps:
- EP sticker endorsement — the approved EP must be endorsed in the employee's passport at an Immigration office; MalayHire will guide the employee through this process
- i-Kad registration — the employee must register for their identity card (i-Kad) within 14 days of arrival; MalayHire provides instructions and appointment guidance
- EPF and SOCSO registration — completed by MalayHire on the employee's behalf as part of standard onboarding
- Malaysian bank account guidance — MalayHire can advise on opening a local bank account, which is typically required for salary disbursement
- Coworking — MalayHire employees are able to access over 8 offices in Kuala Lumpur alone
- Supervision — we supply a supervision service to ensure employees arrive to the office on time and achieve high standards of working ethic
- Hardware hire — MalayHire offer a selection of laptop, tablet, and mobile devices for monthly rental, to avoid hefty purchase fees for short-medium term workers
MalayHire does not provide relocation, housing, or settling-in services. These arrangements are typically handled directly between the client company and the employee.
