Yes. MalayHire's payroll supports variable pay components including:

• Performance bonuses — one-time or recurring bonuses processed in the relevant month's payroll
• Sales commissions — submitted by the client as part of the monthly payroll instruction
• Allowances — fixed monthly allowances (travel, mobile, housing) included in the employment contract or added ad hoc
• 13th month / contractual bonuses — processed per the employment contract terms

Variable pay must be submitted via the dashboard or communicated to MalayHire before the 15th of the month cutoff to be included in that month's payroll. All variable pay is subject to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB deductions as applicable under Malaysian law.
