MalayHire charges a fixed monthly service fee per employee. This fee covers the full EOR service: employment contract management, payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), PCB filing, payslip issuance, HR support, and access to the MalayHire platform.

Your monthly invoice from MalayHire consists of:

• Employee gross salary
• Employer EPF contribution — 12% or 13% of gross salary depending on salary level
• Employer SOCSO contribution
• Employer EIS contribution
• MalayHire service fee — fixed per employee per month
