Employees have access to the MalayHire employee portal where they can:

• View and download all monthly payslips
• View their year-to-date earnings and deductions summary
• Download their annual EA Form once issued (by 28 February each year)
• View leave balances and approved leave history

Employees receive login credentials for the portal when they are onboarded. Payslips are available on the day salary is disbursed. If an employee cannot access their portal or needs a historical payslip, they can contact MalayHire directly.
