What happens if a payment is delayed?

MalayHire must receive payment before salary is disbursed to employees. If an invoice is not settled by the payment deadline:

  • MalayHire will contact you immediately to resolve the payment
  • A grace period may be extended in exceptional circumstances, subject to MalayHire's discretion
  • Repeated or extended payment delays may affect the continuity of the service and MalayHire's ability to disburse salary on time

Late payment fees may apply as set out in your service agreement. MalayHire's priority is always to ensure employees are paid on time — if you anticipate a payment difficulty, please contact your account manager as early as possible so we can work out a solution before the disbursement date.
