Getting your company live on MalayHire is fast. Here's what to expect:
- Account creation — immediate, self-serve
- Company profile review and service agreement signing — typically 1 business day
- In most cases, you can go from signup to having your first employee submitted within the same day.

Employee onboarding timeline
Once an employee is submitted, the standard timeline is 3–5 business days to be fully active on payroll:
- Day 1–2 — Employment contract drafted and sent for e-signing
- Day 2–3 — Employee completes e-signing and submits required documents
- Day 3–4 — Statutory registrations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) completed
- Day 5 — Employee active in payroll
Mid-month starts are supported; salary is prorated automatically. For employees requiring an Employment Pass, the visa process runs in parallel and timelines depend on the Immigration Department's processing schedule, which is outside MalayHire's control.
