Can different teams have different permission levels?

Available roles
MalayHire supports multiple permission levels so you can give team members exactly the access they need — no more, no less:
- Admin — full access to all employees, payroll, invoices, contracts, and company settings. Can invite and manage other users.
- Manager — can view and manage employees assigned to their team, submit onboarding requests, and approve leave. Cannot access billing or company settings.
- Employee — can view their own employee records and payroll history.
Inviting and managing team members
To invite a team member, navigate to Settings → Team and click Invite User. Enter their work email and select the appropriate role. They'll receive an invite link valid for 7 days.
