You can track the real-time status of every employee onboarding from the Employees section of your MalayHire dashboard. Each employee record displays a status indicator showing which stage of onboarding has been completed:

• Details submitted — employer has submitted the employee's information
• Contract sent — employment contract has been sent to the employee for e-signing
• Contract signed — employee has e-signed the contract
• Documents uploaded — employee has submitted their identification documents
• Statutory registrations complete — EPF, SOCSO, EIS registrations confirmed
• Active — employee is fully onboarded and on the payroll

If onboarding is stalled at any stage — typically because the employee has not yet signed the contract or uploaded documents — you will see a visual flag on the dashboard. You can send a reminder to the employee directly from the platform, or contact MalayHire support if the delay is on our end.
