MalayHire disburses salaries via direct bank transfer to the employee's Malaysian bank account. All major Malaysian banks are supported, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and others operating on the IBG (Interbank GIRO) or DuitNow network.

Employees must have a Malaysian bank account to receive salary through MalayHire. For foreign national employees who have just arrived, MalayHire will advise on how to open a local account quickly (typically possible within 1–3 business days with the right documentation).
