Pricing questions
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. We never charge setup fees, onboarding fees, or activation fees. You only pay the monthly per-employee fee.
What's included in the base price?
Payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/PCB contributions, employment contract, leave management, and standard email support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Contracts are month-to-month. Simply give us 30 days notice and we'll handle the offboarding process.
Do you charge per invoice or per employee?
We charge per employee per month. One predictable fee per head, consolidated into a single invoice.
