Your company is not a signatory to the employment contract. Instead, you enter a separate commercial service agreement with MalayHire, which defines the scope of services, commercial terms, and your ultimate and complete rights to direct the employee's work.

All employment contracts are drafted by MalayHire and sent to the employee for e-signing through the MalayHire platform. You can review the contract terms before it is issued and request adjustments within the limits of Malaysian law.
