Step 1 — Create your company account

Sign up at malayhire.com using your personal/work email. You can access it from any page by clicking the “Start Hiring” button on this website.

Once you have signed up, you'll receive a verification email. In there, you can click the link to activate your account. If your company was already set up by a MalayHire representative, you'll receive a direct invite link instead.

Step 2 — Complete your company profile

During sign up, you will be prompted to fill in your company details. This information is used to generate a Master’s Service Agreement between MalayHire and your entity, to ensure we can hire employees in Malaysia on your behalf. This will also be necessary to make employment contracts and invoices on your behalf. You'll need:

• Company legal name and registered address
• Company registration number (from your home jurisdiction)
• Billing contact and preferred currency (MYR or USD)
• Authorised signatory details for the service agreement

MalayHire will review your company details and countersign the service agreement, typically within 1 business day.

Step 3 — Add your first employee

Navigate to the Employees section and click Add Employee. You'll need the following information ready:

• Full legal name (as on IC or passport)
• IC or passport number and nationality
• Job title and department
• Gross monthly salary
• Intended start date
• Leave entitlement (or use the statutory defaults)
• Bonuses and benefits
• Devices and equipment provided
• Work eligibility

What happens after you submit?

Once you submit an employee, MalayHire takes over:

• An employment contract is drafted and sent to the employee for e-signing within 1–2 business days
• Statutory registrations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are completed or updated
• The employee is added to the next payroll cycle
• You'll receive a cost confirmation before the first invoice is raised – no payment needs to be made until you are ready.
