Yes. MalayHire manages both SOCSO (Social Security Organisation / PERKESO) and EIS (Employment Insurance System) on your behalf:

SOCSO:

• Covers work-related injuries (Employment Injury Scheme) and invalidity (Invalidity Pension Scheme)
• Contributions are calculated on a tiered rate based on monthly salary, capped at a salary ceiling of RM5,000/month
• Both employer and employee contribute; rates are set by PERKESO and published in the SOCSO contribution table

EIS:

• Provides financial assistance to employees who lose their jobs through retrenchment or company closure
• Employer and employee each contribute 0.4% of monthly salary, capped at a salary ceiling of RM4,000/month

Both are remitted by the 15th of each following month. Contributions are reflected on the employee's monthly payslip.
